Architectural services

  • Work in all performance phases of the HOAI fee schedule

    As an architectural firm authorized to submit building plans, we work in all nine performance phases (LPH 1-9) of the Fee Schedule for Architects and Engineers (HOAI).

  • Planning and coordination of construction projects

    We plan and coordinate both new building and old building projects for you.

  • Creation of construction drawings and visualizations

    Creating construction drawings (drafts, execution plans, detailed drawings, etc.) is part of an architect's everyday work and is an integral part of our range of services.

  • Preliminary building enquiries, applications, permits and changes of use

    We prepare all permit applications for construction projects and are authorized to submit these to the relevant authorities on your behalf.

  • Tenders for construction services

    Another part of our work is the tendering and awarding of construction contracts in accordance with the German Construction Contract Procedures (VOB).

    We not only plan and design your project, but also represent you as the client and assume the responsibilities associated with the project.

  • Preparation and coordination of funding applications

    We take care of submitting applications for funding for construction or renovation to the respective funding bodies.

    Listed buildings often require special attention and professional and appropriate renovations can be very complex.

  • Advice on funding and possible funding options

    For both new and old buildings, not only federal and state governments, but also municipalities and foundations offer funding for, for example, sustainable new and old buildings. Energy and safety renovations, making buildings barrier-free and introducing cycles, for example, are just a few examples of measures on buildings that are partially or even fully eligible for funding.

  • Energy consulting

    We advise you on energy-related issues and the sustainability of your building. We prepare energy balances in accordance with DIN 18599 or the Building Energy Act (GEG) and determine the energy requirements of your building.

  • Property purchase advice

    We will be happy to advise you on any questions you may have regarding the purchase of your new property or land, and will even accompany you to your viewing appointment if you wish, and will then provide you with an expert assessment of the building you have inspected.

  • Sustainability consulting

    We answer individual questions about the sustainability of building materials, renovation or expansion options and the independence of supply (level of self-sufficiency) of the respective building. Regardless of whether it is a new or old building, we create inventories and advise on the individual optimization options for your property.

  • Advice on building law issues
